# Terms & Conditions

By registering for the **Face of Nature 2026 – Onam Edition** contest conducted by **Adsonz Click**, participants agree to the following terms and conditions:

## 1. Eligibility

* The contest is open to **all genders**.

## 2. Photo Submission

* Participants must upload **original photographs** taken specifically for this contest.

* Traditional **Onam attire** is mandatory.

* AI-generated, plagiarised, copyrighted, or heavily manipulated images are strictly prohibited.

* Adsonz Click reserves the right to reject any image that is inappropriate, offensive, misleading, or does not meet the contest guidelines.

## 3. Social Media Requirement

* Participants must follow **Adsonz Click** on Instagram or Facebook before submitting their entry.

* A valid screenshot showing the follow status must be uploaded during registration.

## 4. Shortlisting

* All entries will be reviewed by the Adsonz Click team.

* Only the shortlisted contestants (Top 20–25) will proceed to the public voting stage.

* Shortlisting decisions are final and cannot be challenged.

## 5. Public Voting

* Shortlisted contestants will be featured on Adsonz Click’s official social media pages.

* Public engagement, including genuine likes, comments, and shares, will be considered during evaluation.

* Fake likes, bots, purchased engagement, or any attempt to manipulate voting will result in immediate disqualification.

## 6. Winner Selection

The final winner will be selected based on:

* 40% – Instagram & Facebook Likes

* 10% – Shares & Overall Engagement

* 50% – Adsonz Click Jury Evaluation

The decision of the Adsonz Click jury is final and binding.

## 7. Prize

* The winner will receive a **cash prize of ₹ 10,000**, subject to any applicable taxes or legal requirements.

* The winner will also receive the title of **Face of Nature 2026** and may be offered opportunities to participate in Adsonz Click campaigns for up to one year.

* Brand ambassador opportunities are subject to the winner’s availability, professionalism, and compliance with campaign requirements.

## 8. Image & Content Usage

* By participating, contestants grant Adsonz Click a royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, publish, edit, and promote their submitted photographs, videos, name, and likeness for marketing, advertising, social media, and promotional purposes without additional compensation.

## 9. Participant Responsibility

* Participants are responsible for ensuring that all information provided is accurate.

* Any false information may lead to disqualification.

* Participants must own the rights to all submitted photographs.

## 10. Disqualification

Adsonz Click reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:

* Submits false or misleading information.

* Uses fake accounts or artificial engagement.

* Violates copyright or intellectual property rights.

* Uploads inappropriate or offensive content.

* Fails to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

## 11. Changes to the Contest

Adsonz Click reserves the right to modify, suspend, postpone, or cancel the contest, including timelines, prizes, judging criteria, or other aspects, if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances or operational requirements.

## 12. Liability

Adsonz Click shall not be liable for technical issues, internet failures, payment gateway interruptions, lost submissions, or any other circumstances beyond its reasonable control that may affect participation.

## 13. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting an entry, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and consent to the processing of their personal information for the administration of the contest.
